A bright sunny morning at Baroda.   My morning walk with my son, my brother and his daughter at my back.  We enjoyed a lot while walking and at the same time it’s a good exercise.  You will have a good body condition.  You should try it.

Rice!  It is the main food of most people.  Simple it looks but help a lot to many.  This is a kind of food  we serve to people who attended the Free Medical Camp at Matar.  Many were fed.

Dhyaan is a little scared to step on the stairs but he really wanted to make the place very clean.  So he just reached the dust by laying  on his back.

 

At last, Dhyaan reached all the dust and dirt.  So he is ready to go to another place where he will again do what he did here.

Women’s Organization @ Matar

Women’s Organization @ Matar

This was a group of women who help poor people and separated, single, widow women. They give employment to them. They visit the free medical camp and they prepared readymade food like bread, biscuits and others for the distribution to people who went there.  I wish that many of this kind of organization will visit our medical camp service every 2^nd and 4^th Sunday of the month.

Beware . . . . Be Aware!

Diabetes is one kind of illness that people are afraid to have.  This disease has big effect in our daily food intake.  More than 7,000 people took part in the ‘Diabetes Walk’ to spread awareness about the disease. The walk, which began at 6 am, was organized as part of public awareness campaign ‘Project Kadam’.
